  1. Hi I came across your site and was wondering why many of the pull down topics don't shop any content is this because they are covered in the book and only a few topics are shown? If this is the case I understand.
I was going to give the link to someone who needs to be able to read something like your site.

I have a family member who is suffering as well and your understanding and empathy was jumping out of the page at me and I will buy your book for my family. We also have the brain that trains itself which is also helping with general knowledge of the brain. This is very helpful to people who once informed about the brain more fully are starting to accept mindfulness as a way of retraining.

Earlier you mentioned you wanted an interactive site and I wondered what you meant by that.
I look forward to an explanation.
    Cheers, Diana

      1. Richard, thanks so much for the site. It is brilliant and so helpful to people who truly need it. I am sure I speak for many when I say that we are looking forward to the addition of the further sections. Thank you so much.

  2. I'm looking forward to read the finished site. I've read "undoing depression" a couple of times and for me is the best book about depression i've ever read. I hope I can get your new books soon.

  3. If you still have plans to continue this site, please be encouraged that it will be helpful to people as I hope you will be able to! I just finished your audiobook, Undoing Depression, and it just clicked for me and gave me so much hope for long term recovery from depression. I am already to re-listening to parts and going back with a notebook to try to stay on top of things. The words you used to describe the concepts were never too confusing or hard to hear and although it was sometimes tough to think about the topics as they apply to my life, your writing didn't make me feel afraid about the prospect of all these bad habits I have and all the good habits I want. Also, I could not stop thinking that your voice sounded really empathic which just made the subject matter even easier to hear.
